2. Composition/Information on Ingredients

Product Description: Two pack adhesive filled with silver. Features good electrical and thermal conductivity, high strength and heat resistance after cure. Developed for applications that require excellent conductivity. Can also be used in RF shielding applications.

4. First-aid measures

For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (Phone EG. Australia 131 126; New Zealand 0 800 764766) or a doctor.

Inhalation: Remove victim from area of exposure - avoid becoming a casualty. Remove contaminated clothing and loosen remaining clothing. Allow patient to assume most comfortable position and keep warm. Keep at rest until fully recovered. Seek medical advice if effects persist.
Skin Contact: If skin or hair contact occurs, immediately remove any contaminated clothing and wash skin and hair thoroughly with running water. If swelling, redness, blistering or irritation occurs seek medical assistance.
Eye Contact: Immediately wash in and around the eye area with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Eyelids to be held apart. Remove clothing if contaminated and wash skin. Urgently seek medical assistance. Transport to hospital or medical centre.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. Seek immediate medical assistance.
Notes to physician: Treat symptomatically. Effects may be delayed.

5. Fire-fighting measures

Specific Hazards: Combustible liquid.
Fire-fighting advice: On burning will emit toxic fumes, including those of hydrogen chloride , oxides of carbon and oxides of nitrogen. Fire fighters to wear self-contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective clothing if risk of exposure to vapour or products of combustion

Suitable Extinguishing Media: Water, fog (or if unavailable fine water spray), foam, dry agent (carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder).

Explosion Hazard; water to prevent pressure build up and/or weakening of container structure

6. Accidental release measures

SMALL SPILLS: Use cautious judgement when cleaning spills. Slippery when spilt. Avoid accidents, clean up immediately. Wear protective equipment to prevent skin and eye contact. Small spills should be collected with absorbent material, such as clay or sand. Flush area with water spray to remove residue. Dispose of flush legally.

LARGE SPILLS: Slippery when spilt. Avoid accidents, clean up immediately. Wear protective equipment to prevent skin and eye contact and breathing in vapours. Scrape up excess material before cure. Collect and seal in properly labelled containers or drums for disposal. Cured material can only be removed by cutting or abrasion. If contamination of sewers or waterways has occurred advise local emergency services.

Handling advice: Avoid skin and eye contact.

Storage advice: Store in cool place and out of direct sunlight. Store away from foodstuffs. Store away from incompatible materials described in Section 10. Keep containers closed when not in use - check regularly for leaks.

Classified as a Cl (COMBUSTIBLE LIQUID) for the purpose of storage and handling, in accordance with the requirements of AS 1940. Refer to State Regulations for storage and transport requirements.

This material is a Scheduled Poison S5 and must be stored, maintained and used in accordance with the relevant regulations.
